Memorial/Tanglewood Houston
 Located
in between the Beltway and the Loop, this is a mature and
impressive neighborhood made up of several villages. With
current prices offering ranges from $500K's to $12 Million,
there are many lifestyles from which to choose. While some
homes are very nicely updated, it is very likely that
available housing priced under $500K might be uninhabitable.
Lot parcels in this area are expensive; however there many
of the homes here are seated on ½ acre or larger plus sized
lots. The newer ones with sizable plots of land are
considerably pricey. Tanglewood is very close to the
Galleria and in the HISD. Memorial is in the Spring Branch
School District. Country clubs and private schools are close
by and you're virtually in the thick of the city with
shopping, nightlife and restaurants nearby. But the general
sense of the Memorial area is suburban and almost rustic.
The tree-lined streets are winding with canopied mature
trees and charming landscaping.
